Upon arrival, plants should be unpacked promptly and given appropriate care. Newly delivered plants should be allowed time to recover before repotting or transplanting.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that future growth, flowering, fruiting, yield, and overall performance cannot be guaranteed. Once delivered, plant care and growing conditions are entirely outside our control.

As live plants are perishable items, refunds or replacements cannot be provided for issues relating to cultivation, environmental conditions, plant performance, transplant shock, or aftercare following delivery.

Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographs of both the plant and packaging.
