Live plants may experience temporary transit stress, including slight wilting, yellowing, leaf drop, or minor cosmetic damage. This is a normal part of shipping live plants and does not necessarily indicate a problem with plant health.
Upon arrival, plants should be unpacked promptly and given appropriate care. Newly delivered plants should be allowed time to recover before repotting or transplanting.

As live plants are perishable items, refunds or replacements cannot be provided for issues relating to cultivation, environmental conditions, plant performance, transplant shock, or aftercare following delivery.
Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographs of both the plant and packaging.
