Please note that these are live plants supplied for amateur gardening, hobby growing, and home garden use only. They are not certified, professionally tested, disease-free certified, commercially guaranteed, or officially inspected plants.

All plants are carefully grown and checked before dispatch. As living plants, natural variations in size, appearance, growth rate, flowering, fruiting, and overall performance should be expected.

Plant growth and future performance depend heavily on the buyer's growing conditions and aftercare, including temperature, light, watering, compost quality, humidity, feeding, pests, diseases, and weather conditions.

Live plants may experience temporary transit stress, including slight wilting, yellowing, leaf drop, or minor cosmetic damage. This is a normal part of shipping live plants and does not necessarily indicate a problem with plant health.

Upon arrival, plants should be unpacked promptly and given appropriate care. Newly delivered plants should be allowed time to recover before repotting or transplanting.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that future growth, flowering, fruiting, yield, and overall performance cannot be guaranteed. Once delivered, plant care and growing conditions are entirely outside our control.

As live plants are perishable items, refunds or replacements cannot be provided for issues relating to cultivation, environmental conditions, plant performance, transplant shock, or aftercare following delivery.

Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographs of both the plant and packaging.
